Business Analyst Custody/Corporate Actions

Mission context – Business Analyst

The Tribe Invest & Financial Insurances is responsible for the offer of investment products distributed by a leading European bank , Fortis and develops and maintains end-to-end solutions for the bank's clients in this domain. We are looking for experienced Business analysts with knowledge of Retail and Private Banking and Securities Handling to work on the development of new Investment Services and further implementation of the Capital Gains Tax.

Function description

Collaborate with the product owner and the members of the Custody Squad.

• Perform impact analysis, detail business, regulatory, le process requirement.
• Refine solutions together with the Product Owner and develop their business case
• Work closely with the development team and ensure all information is available
• Participate in the relevant agile ceremonies
• Regularly report on status at different levels in the Tribe
• Lead the change activities (launch, go to market, IT rele
• Gather, understand and challenge the needs of a diversetyof external and internal stakeholders

Language

• Dutch & French: Strong written and spoken requirements communication skills in one language with a good understanding of the other
• English: Main language spoken in the team. Strong written and spoken communication skills

Education

Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Business sciences or equivalent business experience

Certification

Certification in Agile methodologies (recommended)

Required experience / knowledge

• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in the Securities environment (Custody)
• Experience in leading workshops in Securities (custody, brokerage, transactions)
• Preferable Experience in Retail and Private Banking

Technical mandatory experience

Experience with (agile) project management

Experience in business analysis and conversion of ideation into features
