We are seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant in the fields of Research & Innovation to join our dynamic Brussels team. In this role, you will contribute to the development of our portfolio of strategic studies and evaluations, using a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies. You will play a central role in project delivery and in growing our portfolio of work through business development. You will contribute to the development of our talented team of analysts, fostering growth and excellence.
Your responsibilitiesDrive business development and strategic growth
Lead efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
Prepare and submit winning proposals and tenders for EU and international clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and external experts.
Contribute to the strategic growth of our R&I practice.
Play a visible role in positioning Technopolis Group as a trusted partner for high-impact EU projects.
Lead and deliver projects
Manage and deliver high-quality consulting assignments on climate, environmental, and biodiversity policies.
Design and apply innovative methodological approaches to answer complex policy questions.
Conduct research, interviews, data analysis, and stakeholder consultations.
Draft analytical reports and policy papers for clients and decision-makers.
Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines to ensure excellence.
Support team development
Mentor and support junior colleagues.
Collaborate with colleagues across Technopolis Group's international offices to deliver impactful, cross-border projects
