experienced EU Procurement & Project Manager
for a results-oriented collaboration.

About the Client

Our client, Eurispes Sicilia, is a training institution with more than
20 years of experience
in
VET and professional education
, and an established background in
EU-funded programmes
, including Interreg and other European initiatives.

Following a strategic renewal of leadership, the organization is reinforcing its engagement in
EU procurement, technical assistance, and international cooperation opportunities
.

The Collaboration

We are looking for a senior professional with hands-on experience in
EU procurement and project development
, capable of identifying and securing
European and international contracts and funding opportunities
.

The collaboration is
initially flexible and performance-based
, and particularly suitable for:

• senior consultants
• freelancers active in the EU market
• professionals combining multiple collaborations

Scope of Work

• Identify and monitor
  EU calls for tenders and funded programmes
• Evaluate strategic relevance and success potential
• Lead or support
  proposal preparation
  (technical & financial)
• Build and manage
  international consortia
• Ensure compliance with
  EU procurement and contractual rules
• Support project kick-off and high-level coordination when awarded

Profile Sought

• Solid experience in
  EU procurement and/or EU-funded projects
• In-depth understanding of
  EU institutions, agencies, and funding mechanisms
• Proven success in
  tendering and proposal submission
• Experience working in
  international environments and consortia
• Excellent drafting skills in
  English
  (French is a strong asset)
• Autonomous, structured, and results-driven working style
