Must Haves

• Demonstrable experience as a Test Coordinator - 5 Years – Senior - Must have
• Demonstrable experience within the Belgian energy sector - 3 Years – Medior - Must have
• Proven experience in leading a team of ~5 testers - 3 Years – Medior - Must have
• Demonstrated experience with formal testing methods and techniques - Must have
• Demonstrable experience with MIG-6 protocols - 3 Years – Medior - Must have
• Proven experience in planning, organizing and managing test activities - 5 Years – Senior - Must have
• Demonstrable training with certification or equivalent through experience in testing large mission-critical applications - 3 Years – Medior - Must have
• The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that he/she has the necessary communication skills and hands-on mentality - Must have
• Experience with coordination at programme level (multiple projects working towards a common goal) - Must have
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Must have
