Store Manager – New Lacoste Boutique Rue Neuve, Brussels

Lacoste is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its boutique on Rue Neuve in Brussels. This strategic location within the Benelux network requires a senior retail leader with a strong focus on premium customer experience, people leadership, and commercial performance.

As Store Manager, you hold full responsibility for results, team leadership, and brand representation. You lead by example and ensure every client interaction reflects the Lacoste DNA of elegance, service, and performance.

This role operates in an international context and requires daily professional communication in both English and French. Fluency in both languages, spoken and written, is mandatory.

· Proven experience in a senior leadership role within premium or luxury retail

· Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high performing teams

· Strong commercial and analytical mindset with clear ownership of results

· Fluent command of English and French, both spoken and written, is mandatory

· Ability to operate at management level within an international retail organisation

· Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays when required
