As an
Area Sales Manager
for our Bakery division, you will be assigned the specific region of Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships in markets within the bakery industry. You understand the needs of industrial customers and know how to translate these into technical, customer-oriented solutions. Thanks to your commercial flair and technical insight, you will guide customers through complex, tailor-made turnkey projects. You will work closely with internal departments such as engineering, project management and R&D to make every project a success. When not traveling, you will work from our headquarters in Bruges.

You will report directly to the Sales Director Bakery EMEA.

Who are you?

• You have +5 years of experience in a sales-related position and preferably hold a master's degree.
• You have the necessary technical knowledge and interest.
• You enjoy seeking out new customers and maintaining existing relationships.
• You are a driven professional who takes ownership of projects and collaborates closely with customers to deliver the right packaging solution. With your technical insight, you can defend this solution internally to our technical teams. You will receive sufficient support from various colleagues during the development of the project.
• Knowledge of the bakery industry is an additional asset.
• You are willing to travel 70% of your time.
• You are fluent in Dutch, English and French. Other languages are a plus.
