Paid Social Strategist – Own campaigns that drive real growth

As a Paid Social Strategist, you'll take the lead in designing and scaling paid social campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You'll collaborate closely with creatives, performance marketers, and agencies to launch campaigns that convert and scale fast. From audience research to test design, briefing new visuals, or reviewing landing page A/B tests—your role is to drive performance through strategic thinking, rapid experimentation, and deep channel expertise. You'll be the one turning big ideas into big results—and pushing further when others would stop.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Brief designers and copywriters to build high-performing ad creatives across channels
  • Own the creative testing roadmap and campaign experimentation strategy
  • Define CRO and landing page testing needs based on campaign results
  • Collaborate with agencies to execute campaign builds and track optimizations
  • Monitor experiment results and turn them into actionable learnings

How you'll succeed as a Paid Social Strategist

You'll succeed here by thinking like an e-commerce growth leader, not just a campaign manager. You ask better questions, stay curious, and treat every experiment as a learning opportunity. You're hands-on with performance data but never lose sight of the customer. You know how to brief a creative team with clarity and push an idea into a test fast. These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 4+ years in paid social/performance marketing, with strong Meta and TikTok Ads expertise
  • Proven experience managing e-commerce ad accounts with at least €50k/month in spend
  • Deep knowledge of CRO, A/B testing tools, tracking, and analytics
  • Familiar with launching and scaling international e-commerce campaigns
  • Bonus: experience with Snapchat, Pinterest, or emerging social platforms
