This is not a roadmap-executor role. It's a leadership role for someone who can translate ambition into product bets, complexity into clarity, and momentum into results.


The Role

Reporting to the VP of Product, you play a pivotal role in translating Loop's evolving vision into focused strategy, executional clarity, and organizational momentum.

You step into ownership. You bring direction where there's ambiguity, alignment where there's noise, and systems thinking across teams. You lead with confidence, knowing that perfection isn't the goal — progress with purpose is.


What you'll do
  • Own Loop's multi-year product strategy, grounded in customer insight and aligned with company growth
  • Translate executive vision into sharp priorities and scalable systems across teams
  • Build, coach, and elevate a growing Product Management organization
  • Champion the voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market
  • Lead cross-functional focus by aligning strategy, resources, and timelines to ship meaningful outcomes
  • Architect trade-offs between speed and scale, ambition and focus
  • Define and track outcome metrics tied to product impact, team engagement, and execution predictability

  • Create vision in isolation — you shape and operationalize it with others
  • Chase tickets or manage backlogs as an end in itself
  • Optimize for harmony over clarity — you build trust through candor

How You'll Succeed

You succeed by turning vision into velocity. By creating direction without waiting for perfect information. By helping teams focus on the right bets, execute with confidence, and learn fast. Momentum matters — and you know how to build it.


What You'll Bring
  • 12+ years of experience in product management, including 6+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven success building consumer hardware and/or digital-physical products
  • Experience leading product organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluency across disciplines, from DFM and design to data and go-to-market
  • Strong strategic clarity and systems thinking — you see the big picture and build for scale
  • A clear point of view backed by insight, with openness to challenge
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and complexity
  • A coaching mindset — you grow teams, not just roadmaps
