YOUR ROLE

As an
MLOps Engineer
, you will be at the heart of our AI Team, building the technical foundations for AI adoption across the organization. You will define and implement MLOps frameworks, help deploy machine learning models safely at scale, and ensure AI solutions are reliable, compliant, and maintainable.

This is an ideal role for a platform- or MLOps engineer with experience bringing ML capabilities into production, designing robust infrastructure, or creating reusable patterns for enterprise AI. Your work will accelerate AI innovation across operational processes while maintaining ethical and technical integrity.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

MLOps & Infrastructure

• Define and implement the fundamental MLOps framework for model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Build and maintain core infrastructure and shared capabilities for secure, scalable AI adoption
• Establish architectural and operational guidelines to enable other teams to build responsible AI solutions

Collaboration & Integration

• Work closely with data engineers, architects, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI into production systems
• Promote CI/CD discipline, observability, and lifecycle management for AI workloads
• Support cross-domain implementations and operational AI solutions

Responsible AI

• Embed compliance, transparency, and security into shared tools and processes
• Monitor model performance and drift to ensure long-term reliability and trust in production AI

YOUR PROFILE

Must-have:

• Experience across the full machine learning lifecycle with strong DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring)
• Skilled in
  Microsoft Azure
  and
  Databricks
  , including deploying and managing production workloads
• Strong understanding of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) in an enterprise environment
• Proven experience building and maintaining shared infrastructure or platforms used by multiple teams
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and RAG
• Knowledge of vector databases and integration into production AI systems
