Role & Responsibility :

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in integrating various systems within our company's application landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of good analytical skills, technical expertise, and good communication abilities. Collaboration with business teams and project managers will be integral to this role. You will work independently with general supervision. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications for various systems. 
• Evaluate and analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend suitable solutions. 
• Ensure smooth integration and data flow between different systems by working closely with business teams and project managers. 
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of integrated systems to ensure functionality and reliability. 
• Provide ongoing support and resolve issues related to integrated platforms, working collaboratively with third-party vendors when necessary. 
• Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and implement system enhancements and customizations based on business needs and integrations with third parties. 
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system specifications, considering requirements from various systems and third-party integrations. 
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on the effective use of integrated systems, including third-party components.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail sector. 
• Strong understanding of various systems and software development methodologies. 
• Ability to work closely with development teams and third-party vendors. 
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, use cases, and system specifications. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Familiarity with data integration techniques and tools. 
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. 
• Fluent in French with a good level of English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus. 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels, including third-party vendors and partners. 
• Adaptability in a young and fast-growing company.

• Fluent in French & English
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
