Role Description

This full-time role as a Corporate M&A Lawyer is based on-site at our Brussels office. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other transactional matters. Tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic legal advice on complex transactions. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• At least 4-6 years of experience in Corporate M&A.
• Fluency in both English and French, at least passive knowledge of Dutch, with proficiency in other languages considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and academic background.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• A Belgian Bar admission.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in handling complex cases.
