As a Loyalty & Customer Support Officer, you will join a multi-talented team with a passion for loyalty marketing, events, and hospitality. In this supporting role, you will champion the needs and interests of customers within the loyalty programs that we manage from A to Z for BMW and MINI Belux.
You are the communicative hub that informs customers about their membership and arranges everything down to the last detail. You are responsible for various administrative tasks and serve as the central point of contact for members (BMW and MINI drivers), suppliers, dealers, and the end client.
Your Responsibilities
You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in administration, customer support, and invoicing
You are administratively skilled and purposefully looking for a client-oriented role within the event and communications sector.
You get energy from interacting with loyalty members.
You are a genuine team player.
You are proactive, customer-focused, and a multitasker.
You work punctually and accurately. You have impeccable spelling and an eye for detail.
You keep a cool head, even during busy periods.
You always remain professional and friendly, even when dealing with less satisfied customers.
You communicate fluently in Dutch and can hold your own well in French and English.
You are available full-time or 4/5ths and work from our office in Antwerp.
Affinity with the communication/event sector, luxury brands, hospitality, and/or the automotive industry is a big plus.
