Your mission

• Lead 
  M&A transactions
  , investment rounds, and strategic deals in Flanders.
• Advise on 
  corporate governance, structuring, and negotiations
  .
• Build and nurture 
  client relationships
  , you'll be the trusted advisor and you will be known as one of the top experts in the region.
• Drive 
  business development
   and help shape dups' next growth phase.
• Innovate: create smarter processes, playbooks, and client solutions.

Who you are

• Master's in Law
   with 
  5+ years
   in Corporate/M&A at a top-tier firm.
• Native Dutch speaker
  , fluent in English (French is a real plus).
• Entrepreneurial mindset
  , you want to build, not just execute.
• Strong 
  negotiator and strategist
  , comfortable with client leadership.
• Ambitious, pragmatic, and collaborative (a real team player).
• Admission to the American Bar is a real plus.
