Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for the documentation and functional improvements of an application with a central and crucial position in the mobility market:

• You acquire a good understanding of the users of your application and their business processes.

• You apply the defined documentation standards; and use these standards to keep the documentation on your application up-to-date.

• You are not afraid to deep-dive into the existing solutions and databases to find your answers.

• You look for creative and simple solutions.

• You participate in creating project estimates and identifying impact on IT architecture.

• You discuss solutions with the development team and guide them through the development cycle.

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in an IT related domain) or equal by experience.

• You know the principles of Agile development and succeed in applying them.

• You have experience in story writing.

• You have experience in business & product documentation (Business requirements, use case diagrams, …)

• You have experience with API-design.

• You are analytical and assertive, customer- and solution-oriented.

• You focus on quality and have eye for detail.

• You are Dutch- or French-speaking and professionally proficient in English
