Junior Change Manager Consultant

What is waiting for you?

Becoming a Change Management Consultant means you'll bring your expertise to our customers, where you'll:

• Manage and execute change projects within the organization, or as support in larger transformation programs

• Develop and implement change management plans and strategies

• Guide teams and individuals through change processes on all levels of the organization

• Anticipate and identify resistance and develop strategies to overcome it

• Evaluate change progress and facilitate progress reports

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of change

• Provide communication and training to support employees during changes

Even if you are fully assigned to a client, you remain an integral part of the Mindshift team and will always be included in team meetings.

What will you be doing if not at the client:

• Get creative: Adapt and optimize training or organizational change consulting materials to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• Organize and coordinate: Assist in organizing and coordinating engaging training sessions and workshops.

• Collaborate: contribute to sales or marketing initiatives on elements that you are comfortable with

What do you bring to the table?

• You have up to 3 years of professional work experience, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in change or project management.

• You have a master's or bachelor degree in a related field. Having a certification in change management (Prosci, ...) is a strong plus

• You're fluent in Dutch and English. Proficiency in French is a plus.

• You have excellent communication and presentation skills

• You have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• You have experience with consulting or project management and working with diverse teams

• As we operate in an international environment, including close collaboration with clients in locations such as Amsterdam, willingness to travel is an absolute must.

Important Note: We are looking for consultants on our payroll. This role is not open for freelancers.
