Your Role
As a
Software Support Engineer
, you analyze software-related questions from our users worldwide and quickly and efficiently find a solution.

• You contribute to the projects of the systems group and assist the Technical Support Engineers with software installations.
• You collaborate with our first-line service desk and with our developers.
• Occasionally, you also provide training sessions for end users.

What do you need?
You hold a
Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science
and have at least
4 years of experience in a support role
. You are communicative, fluent in
Dutch and English
, and have an affinity with business processes. You are interested in software development, but even more in solving users' problems.
