Job Summary

The Mobile App Marketing Coordinator supports the Ford PartsPlus Colleague and Customer Mobile App's assisting in on-going development, content creation, planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns aimed at driving app downloads, user engagement, and retention. This role involves coordinating between internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in planning and implementing mobile app marketing campaigns across digital channels, Coordinate with creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign assets and timelines are met.
  • Content & Engagement: -Help create and schedule content for push notifications, in-app messages, and social media., Work with design teams to prepare promotional materials and ad creatives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Collect and organize campaign performance data for weekly and monthly reports, Track KPIs such as installs, engagement rates, and retention metrics, Develop user experience for greater engagement.
  • Administrative Support: Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and documentation, Review, maintain and develop App process documentation.

Education

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Marketing or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or digital campaigns.
  • Competent in English, Dutch and French Language.
  • Self-motivated with a flair for being creative.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within and across teams.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and complete assignments by established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing tools
  • Able to work independently in a self-directed manner under moderate supervision

Hybrid role with travel to the Ford Office in Belgium a minimum of 3 days a week.
