Key Responsibilities
As an Internal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full internal recruitment cycle for MCA France and Belgium. Your missions will include:

• Identifying and analyzing internal hiring needs across the group;
• Drafting and publishing compelling job postings;
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, professional social networks, internal databases, and exploring new sourcing channels;
• Assessing candidates (career review, potential analysis, role alignment) and coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders;
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the entire process; You will recruit a variety of key positions such as Business Managers, Agency Managers, Regional Directors, and Recruitment Officers. You'll have access to a full range of acquisition tools, including job boards, professional social networks and internal databases.

Profile

• You have a degree from a business school or a bachelor's or master's 2 in human resources;
• You are dynamic and organized;
• A first experience in recruitment is a real plus;
• Languages: fluent in French and English.
