Product Engineer

Own features end-to-end: from discovery and scoping through design, implementation, testing, and launch

Partner with Product: work closely with our Product Department to shape requirements, challenge assumptions, and co-create solutions that solve real user problems

Champion UX/UI excellence: contribute to design discussions, prototype interfaces, advocate for intuitive user experiences, and implement pixel-perfect front-ends

Build with quality: write clean, testable code with comprehensive unit tests; maintain high standards across the entire stack

Manage the full stack: implement back-end APIs, internal tooling, third-party integrations, and front-end elements with a strong eye for usability

Integrate AI thoughtfully: evaluate, integrate, and optimize AI solutions (OpenAI, Vercel, Anthropic, etc.) that add real value and enhance user experience

Troubleshoot and improve: debug production issues, optimize performance, and continuously improve existing systems

Lead by example: participate in technical reviews, contribute to architecture and design decisions, and help build a strong engineering culture
