As a Salesperson, you are the face of Fossil – welcoming, engaged, and passionate about creating an exceptional shopping experience.
You'll confidently welcome our guests and have the ability to build customer relationships by sharing your product knowledge, actively listening, and asking lifestyle questions to understand our guests' needs. You'll take ownership of your daily tasks and be driven to achieve your individual sales and KPI goals. Together with the team, you'll contribute to a positive shopping atmosphere and the achievement of our goals because at Fossil, it's Greater Together.
Your responsibilities:
Engage and engage our guests in a friendly and proactive manner
Enhance customer loyalty by providing a superior sales experience
Make recommendations using product knowledge and storytelling
Take ownership of individual goals and KPIs
Adaptable and effective one-on-one selling skills
Support product presentation and visual merchandising
Contribute to the store's success and a positive team atmosphere
What you bring:

Effective communication skills in Dutch are required
