EHS&Q Officer BeLux (h/f/x) – Belgique - Luxembourg

Otis développe son activité et recherche une EHS&Q Officer Belux (H/F/X) pour intégrer une de nos entités situées en Belgique/au Luxembourg.

L'activité proposée consiste au support EHS&Q comme travailleur désigné pour tous nos activités.

Grâce à vos connaissances reconnues de la technique, vous donnez support à l'opération Belge et Luxembourgeoise en matière d'environnement, sécurité, sante et qualité en apportant des solutions mais aussi votre expertise.

Missions principales :

Au sein de l'équipe, vos principales missions seront :

Evaluation des risques

• Piloter, animer et tenir à jour l'évaluation des risques et les documents associés
• Analyser les postes de travail et les équipements
• Réaliser des plans de prévention et assister les donneurs d'ordre
• Animer des groupes de travail

Surveiller les activités

• Réaliser des inspections EHS
• Contrôler et analyser les situations d'urgence
• Rédiger et suivre les plans d'actions
• Piloter et suivre les vérifications réglementaires

Formation et communication

• Réaliser des flashs communications
• Réaliser des formations
• Rédiger les autorisations de travail et tenir à jour le fichier des formations et autorisations
• Assurer le suivi des formations sécurité internes

Réaliser des actions du programme EHS annuel et prendre en charge des sujets ponctuels

• Garantir l'évacuation, le suivi réglementaire et le reporting des déchets
• Participer dans son activité au bon déploiement de la politique EHS conformément aux rôles et responsabilités définis.  
• Participer à l'amélioration continue de son activité.

Profil :

Vous êtes issu(e) d'un diplôme d'ingénieur généraliste ou promotion interne et vous disposez d'une expérience avérée dans le domaine des ascenseurs.

Compétences et qualités recherchée :

• Expérience et diplôme pertinent et justifiez d'une précédente expérience dans un poste similaire
• Rigueur, organisation, sens des priorités, collaboration inter services, sens de la relation clients et satisfaction aigu. 
• Compétences en communication, maitrise du pack office
• Maitrise du néerlandais, français et l'anglais est nécessaire au quotidien
• Prise d'initiative, attitude proactive, capacité de décision dans un intérêt commun
• Des déplacements fréquents entre la Belgique et le Luxembourg sont requis dans le cadre de cette fonction.

Otis ontwikkelt haar activiteiten en is op zoek naar een Belux EHS&S-officer (H/F/X) om in een van onze entiteiten te integreren gevestigd in België/Luxemburg.

De voorgestelde activiteit bestaat uit EHS&Q-ondersteuning als aangewezen medewerker voor al onze activiteiten.

Dankzij uw erkende kennis van de techniek ondersteunt u de Belgische en Luxemburgse activiteiten op het gebied van milieu, veiligheid, gezondheid en kwaliteit door oplossingen te bieden, maar ook door uw expertise.

Hoofdtaken

Risico-evaluatie

• Het voeren, coördineren en up-to-date houden van de risico-evaluatie en bijhorende documenten
• Analyseren van werkposten en uitrustingen
• Opstellen van preventieplannen en ondersteuning bieden aan opdrachtgevers
• Het begeleiden van werkgroepen

Toezicht op activiteiten

• Uitvoeren van EHS-inspecties
• Controleren en analyseren van noodsituaties
• Opstellen en opvolgen van actieplannen
• Coördineren en opvolgen van wettelijke keuringen

Opleiding en communicatie

• Opstellen van communicatieflashes
• Geven van opleidingen
• Opstellen van werkvergunningen en het opleidings- en vergunningenregister bijhouden
• Opvolgen van interne veiligheidsopleidingen

Uitvoeren van acties in het jaarlijkse EHS-programma en beheer van ad‑hoc dossiers

• Garanderen van evacuatie, wettelijke opvolging en rapportering van afvalstromen
• Bijdragen aan de correcte uitrol van het EHS‑beleid volgens de vastgelegde rollen en verantwoordelijkheden
• Actief deelnemen aan de continue verbetering van de activiteiten

Profiel

U beschikt over een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur, of bent intern doorgegroeid, en u heeft aantoonbare ervaring in de liftsector.

Gezochte competenties en kwaliteiten

• Relevante ervaring en diploma, evenals ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
• Nauwkeurigheid, organisatievermogen, prioriteiten stellen, samenwerken tussen afdelingen, sterke klantgerichtheid
• Communicatieve vaardigheden en beheersing van MS Office
• Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels
• Initiatiefname, proactieve houding en besluitvaardigheid in het belang van de organisatie
• Regelmatige verplaatsingen tussen België en Luxemburg maken deel uit van de functie.
