Job Purpose
Responsible for the Current Product Quality within the GPP (Global Product Platform).

Key Responsibilities

• Properly identify, define, prioritize, and escalation of current product quality and reliability issues coming from Regional Quality Teams and through analysis of Global Warranty reporting tools.
• Active player on diagnosis , CPM and Platform Teams to develop action plans to drive continuous product improvement to meet warranty target (interacting with Current Product Managers).
• Initiate, submit and track approval and monitor all Product Improvement Programs.
• Coordinates, prioritizes, supports the Early warning activities.
• To create and maintain Quality & Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines to achieve Product Reliability (MERF) & Warranty Cost Targets (CORF) and share visibility.

Experience Required

• Good interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork attitude, autonomous and problem solver.
• A strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
• Language skills : high level spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• You have experience with product quality, reliability, or continuous improvement.
• You are highly analytical and data-driven.
