Senior React Developer

The successful candidate will be a vital part of a dynamic team focused on developing web and mobile applications based on design prototypes. You will be involved in testing applications, conducting code reviews, and contributing to a collaborative, no-blame culture that fosters learning. Engaging with the latest trends and technologies will be essential, as you will also mentor colleagues in technical discussions and workshops. Collaboration with developers, analysts, project leads, and end-users is key to providing high-quality, user-friendly tools across various business units. Regular communication with stakeholders regarding expectations and feedback is also a part of this role.

Profile of the Ideal Candidate

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with at least three years of experience in React (native) development.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting colleagues on technical matters.
• A proactive learner, eager to keep knowledge up-to-date and share insights with the team.
• Able to adapt and take on responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of work.

• Experience in multiple technologies including:

• React (native), TailwindCSS, Storybook, React Query, Expo, React Testing Library, Cypress

• Monorepo frameworks such as NX
• Figma
• Continuous deployment and integration using Git and GitHub Actions

Required Skills

• Expert in JavaScript and CSS
• Advanced knowledge of NX
• Intermediate proficiency in Cypress, React Query, and React Testing Library
• Beginner experience with Expo, Figma, and Storybook
• Fluent in both English and Dutch, with native proficiency in either Dutch or French
