Your Responsibilities
As a Training Center Administrative Support Consultant, you will play a key role in coordinating training activities and ensuring smooth processes within the organization's internal academy. Your responsibilities will include:
Tasks:
Act as the first point of contact for training inquiries via phone and email.
Administer safety tests for contractors.
Organize and schedule training programs for employees and external contractors.
Use tools like LMS SuccessFactors-SAP, Safeguard, and eSkill to track and manage training records.
Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and reporting for trainers, participants, and business units.
Assist in organizing onboarding events for new employees.
Propose and implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
Follow up on specific orders and ensure timely execution.
Who You Are
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and quality-driven.
Customer-focused, responsible, and proactive.
Interest in the energy sector and willingness to enhance technical knowledge.
Experience with LMS SuccessFactors (SAP) or similar tools is an advantage.
Proficient in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken).
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independent and team-oriented, with a positive and solution-driven attitude.

Profile Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in training or learning environments.
Proficiency in LMS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors-SAP) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Multilingual: Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
Start: ASAP | Location: Brussels | Contract: 7 months, possible extension
