We are currently recruiting a Management Assisant for one of our clients, a leading international law firm located in the South of Brussels, easily accessible by public transportation, to provide general support to lawyers and allow them to work at top efficiency.
• Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly
• Transcribing and proofreading legal documents
• Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders
• Collecting and delivering documents
• Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for Lawyers
• Supporting lawyers with billing duties
• Supporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff
• Min. 2 years' experience in a Management Assistant role
• Dutch native or equivalent and Fluent in English and French
• Ability to prioritize, good organizational and communicational skills
• Eye for detail and quality, results-minded and service-minded, autonomous and flexible
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills
• A full-time permanent contract
