Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from initial feasibility and RFI/RFP drafting through production deployment and post-go-live maintenance, including stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, contract oversight, and knowledge transfer.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate initial project phases including studies and RFI/RFP drafting; identify stakeholders; and define project plans covering scope, deliverables, schedule, resources, and governance.
Secure and allocate resources, and lead the project team in cooperation with resource managers to achieve shared objectives.
Manage operational supplier contracts with team managers to ensure proper service delivery and contractual compliance.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues; manage changes by analyzing impacts and implementing corrective actions.
Communicate with stakeholders; assign and monitor team tasks; and ensure human and technical requirements are met using established methods, processes, and tools.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through production deployment following PMLC and SDLC; facilitate knowledge transfer to operations and manage post-go-live maintenance for business continuity.

Qualifications
At least 10 years of project management experience
Experience managing IT projects
Experience in the energy sector
At least 10 years of experience in the IT sector
Experience with ERP implementation projects
Experience with project budget management
Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Prince2 certification
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
Experience with ITIL framework
Experience using Jira
