Sales Manager Benelux - Chemical distributor - Brussels


We are seeking a Sales Manager Benelux to lead and drive sales efforts within the chemical industry. This role is based in Brussels and requires a background in chemical distribution.

As a Sales Manager Benelux your responsibilities are:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Benelux region.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the chemical distribution sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

A successful Sales Manager Benelux should have:

  • Proven experience in chemical distribution
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Fluent Dutch and English language skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools.
