As a Sales Manager Benelux your responsibilities are:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets in the Benelux region.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key customers in the chemical distribution sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.
A successful Sales Manager Benelux should have:
- Proven experience in chemical distribution
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop strategic sales plans.
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales and reporting tools.
