Project controller

Advise the Project Manager on planning, budgeting, and overall project performance. Work with the project team to define and validate the baseline for scope, time, and cost. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and determine all contractual deliverables. Create and maintain a detailed project schedule based on the WBS, ensuring all activities are well aligned. Load and track project costs within the planning tool to ensure accurate cost management. Prepare progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Monitor project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), scenario modeling, and risk analysis. Identify and report deviations from the baseline, recommending risk mitigation and corrective measures. Guard project deadlines, budgets, and risks, and propose continuous improvements. Conduct delay assessments and advise on impact and recovery options. Experience in Cost Control and/or Project Planning within complex projects. Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management. A strong interest in construction, project management, and contracting environments. Skilled in Excel and experienced with planning tools such as Primavera (P6/OPC) or MS Project. Eager to learn and grow, training and mentoring are provided to further develop skills. Combines analytical thinking with a keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities. Proactive with a critical and solution-oriented mindset.
