Your Equans base: Brussels

• establish and improve project management methodologies, standards, tools and templates, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and best practices
• oversee the IT project portfolio, coordinate resources and monitor progress, risks, dependencies and inter-project impacts
• create and deliver project status reports, dashboards and KPIs for management and stakeholders
• facilitate risk identification, assessment, mitigation strategies, and change control processes across IT projects
• lead continuous improvement initiatives, promote digital tools and agile practices
• coach and train project managers and teams  

• minimum 8 years of experience in IT project management and PMO roles
• certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prince2 or Agile Scrum Master
• expertise in PMO governance and portfolio management in IT environments
• knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• experience in change management, multicultural and cross-functional teams
• familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow SPM, MS DevOps
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ability to manage complexity and foster collaboration
• fluent in English, Dutch and French
