Employment Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract (6 months), with the possibility of conversion to a permanent contract based on performance. 

Location: Belgium (with frequent domestic travel and occasional EU travel) 

Salary: €3,500 – €4,500 gross per month 

Variable: Performance-based commission (paid in addition to fixed salary) 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Sales & Market Development 

• Develop and expand the company’s B2B customer base among jewellers and diamond traders across Belgium. 
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, exhibitions, and industry networking. 
• Represent the company at European and international jewellery trade fairs to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility. 

Client Relationship Management 

• Conduct regular in-person client visits to jewelers’ premises across Belgium. 
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored diamond solutions. 
• Build long-term commercial relationships and manage assigned accounts. 

Sales Execution & Contracts 

• Achieve agreed revenue targets and commercial KPIs. 
• Prepare proposals and negotiate Sales contracts in compliance with EU and Belgian commercial regulations. 
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management. 

Customer Experience 

• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to clients. 
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction. 
• Maintain strong product and market knowledge. 

Reporting & Compliance 

• Maintain accurate CRM records in line with internal reporting standards. 
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development. 
• Experience in jewellery, diamonds, luxury goods, or commodities preferred. 
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills. 
• Willingness to travel extensively within Belgium. 
• Proficiency in English, Dutch and French strongly preferred.
