A leading global consultancy is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Integration (Machine Learning) to lead complex, high-value programmes at the intersection of machine learning, data centre infrastructure, and mission-critical delivery.

This is a senior, client-facing role suited to professionals who thrive on end-to-end integration, stakeholder alignment, and turning complex technical systems into operational reality.

The Role

You will lead large-scale ML integration and transformation projects, taking full ownership of delivery from early planning through execution, commissioning, and operational handover. Working with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external vendors, you will ensure seamless deployment of ML platforms within live, high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex Machine Learning integration programmes across mission-critical environments
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination through execution and production readiness
• Drive stakeholder alignment through structured governance, risk management, and issue escalation
• Oversee deployment and integration of ML hardware accelerators (e.g. GPUs, TPUs) into existing infrastructure
• Develop and deliver standardised training for internal teams and vendors covering turn-up, configuration, commissioning, and downstream operational impacts
• Facilitate workshops to define, document, and optimise end-to-end operational workflows
• Support on-site execution during critical delivery phases, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence
• Produce and maintain robust project documentation, including deployment roadmaps, process storyboards, and commissioning plans

About You

We’re looking for senior delivery professionals who combine technical credibility with strong programme leadership.

You will likely have:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in project management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline
• Senior project or programme management experience in data centres, HPC, cloud, AI/ML platforms, or other mission-critical environments
• A strong understanding of Machine Learning systems architecture and how ML platforms integrate with physical and digital infrastructure
• Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, particularly at an infrastructure or automation level
• Solid knowledge of data centre operations, commissioning, and production readiness
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and vendor ecosystems
