Job: Senior Software Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to lead and drive a cross-functional software development team working. This role is primarily focused on people management, technical leadership, business alignment, and some hands-on coding.

You will act as a key bridge between the development team and the business, ensuring technical solutions align with business priorities, timelines, and quality standards. While hands-on development is minimal, a strong technical background is essential to guide architectural decisions, mentor team members, and challenge solutions where needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
• Provide technical leadership and oversight for solutions built with C#.NET and Angular, ensuring quality, scalability, and best practices.
• Act as the primary interface between the development team and business stakeholders
• Participate in business and planning meetings to gather, clarify, and translate business needs into technical objectives
• Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
• Promote efficient development processes and continuous improvement across the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer science or any related studies
• Strong professional background in C#.NET and Angular, with the ability to evaluate and guide technical solutions
• Proven experience in a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and architectures
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical outcomes
• Strong communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Dutch and English speaking.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines
• Experience coaching or mentoring developers at different seniority levels
