Director of Enterprise Operations | High-Growth B2B ...

We’re supporting a fast-scaling B2B technology company on the search for a Director of Enterprise Operations — a senior leader who will own the full customer delivery and platform operations engine.

This role sits directly on the revenue critical path: from customer onboarding and implementations, through environment provisioning, hosting and ongoing platform operations. You’ll build the operating model that enables the business to scale from $50m to $250m+ in a repeatable, enterprise-grade way.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Customer implementations and time-to-value
• Platform & environment provisioning and standardisation
• Hosting, uptime and run-operations (99.9%+)
• Migrations, upgrades and major customer programmes
• Driving automation, scalability and operational excellence

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has scaled customer-facing operations in a high-growth SaaS, fintech or infrastructure platform
• Has led cloud, hosting, provisioning or platform operations teams
• Has built repeatable onboarding, migration and delivery models
• Is commercially minded and understands how operations drive revenue, retention and NRR
• Is comfortable operating at senior leadership level while remaining hands-on when needed
