Business Development Manager | Freight Forwarding Tech

The role

Were looking for a BDM to lead commercial growth in Belgium.

As part of the Belgium team, you'll own the entire sales cycle, building strong relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics providers across Belgium.

What Were Looking For

  • Fluent in Dutch & English (both spoken and written)
  • 3+ years of experience in a Logistic/Supply Chain Sales role or SaaS Sales.
  • Consultative and strategic selling approach
  • Driven, ambitious, and comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers

Your Day-to-Day

  • Own and manage complex sales cycles (€250k avg deal) from prospecting to closing
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across Denmark and the Nordics
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Conduct demos and consultative sales conversations with logistics decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong client relationships post-sale
