What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for large-scale transformation initiatives
• Translate complex business needs into sustainable, future-proof IT solutions
• Define target architectures and transformation roadmaps (short, mid, long term)
• Bridge legacy platforms and modern digital ecosystems in a hybrid IT landscape
• Facilitate structured architecture discussions with senior business stakeholders
• Ensure architectural governance, standards compliance and quality documentation
• Support delivery teams from architecture definition through execution
• Evaluate costs, risks and maintainability of proposed solutions

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Proven experience in large-scale transformation or modernisation programs
• Strong background in hybrid IT landscapes (legacy + modern stacks)
• Solid understanding of Domain-Driven Design and layered architectures
• Experience with architecture modelling frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate)
• Ability to align business strategy with IT capabilities
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English fluency; Dutch or French is a plus
