Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Description:
We are looking for an HR Generalist for a temporary/full-time assignment!
we are looking for an experienced HR professional to ensure continuity during a maternity leave.
Your responsibilities:
- HR administration (contracts, Dimona)
- Answering employee questions
- Verifying benefits and payslips
- Coordinating with payroll service providers (Securex, UCM, Neoviaq)
- Payroll processing
Desired profile:
- Excellent command of French
- Knowledge of Belgian legislation (Luxembourg = an asset)
- Experience in payroll and PC 302 Horeca is a plus
- Available for occasional travel to Luxembourg

- Are you also familiar with other Joint Committees such as 200, 333, 124, and 126?
Payroll Management & HR Administration
- Do you have experience in payroll processing, Dimona declarations, contract management, and collaboration with payroll service providers?
- What tools are you proficient in (e.g., Official, UCM)?
