Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist


YOUR ROLE

As a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you play a key role in supporting the organisation’s growth by attracting and selecting the right talent.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of profiles (from operational profiles to more senior profiles)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and advise on recruitment strategy.
  • Actively sourcing candidates through different channels.
  • Conducting interviews and guiding candidates through the selection process.
  • Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have extensive experience in talent acquisition of operational profiles
  • You have solid experience in a field-based services environment.
  • You can work independently and thrive in a changing context.
  • You are hands-on, pragmatic and solution-oriented.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and French. Knowledge of English is a plus.


PRACTICAL

  • Contract type: Freelance
  • Workload: minimum 50% (to be defined over time)
  • Duration: 3 months, with possible extension
  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Location: North of Brussels
