Turnover Engineer

I am currently supporting a mechanical contractor on a large-scale piping project and are looking to hire experienced Turnover Engineers to join a Pharmaceutical Project in Belgium.

You will be working on a Pharmaceutical Project in between Antwerp and Brussels. However, my client has a number of other sites in Denmark and Germany and would be interested in speaking to Turnover Engineers willing to relocate for a Long-Term Contract.

This role is for a Mechanical Subcontractor working for a Main Contractor. The main activities of my client are Mechanical Piping, designing of packages and both the installation and fabrication. My client works across projects in the Pharmaceutical, Oil and Gas, Semi-Conductor and Data Centre Market.

Project Details:

Scope: Piping

Duration: ~18 months

Location: Belgium

Compensation: Competitive rates (DOE)

Candidates should have prior experience supporting mechanical or piping turnover activities on industrial projects.

Role and Responsibilities

· Development of digital and equipment test packs in line with Project Digital Turnover strategy

· Adherence to and promotion of company safety and quality policies

· Sign off of piping test packs for pre-test, pressure test and post-test activities

· Recording of field weld histories for inclusion within piping test packs

· Compilation of system handover dossiers

· Knowledge of piping isometrics and P&IDs is essential
