Brand Account Manager

Working for us

Before you consider applying, here’s a message from us to you.

If you’ve come across Culture Kids on social media, you’ve probably seen glimpses of what it’s like to work here. The shoots, the laughs, the team energy. All of that is real. We care about the people we work with and the atmosphere we create. But if we’re honest, those are still the highlights.

What you don’t often see are the moments where we’re fully locked in. The pressure. The deadlines. The focus it takes to keep things moving when plans change or priorities shift. Those moments don’t make it online, not because we hide them, but because when they happen, our attention is fully on the client and the team. That is always the priority.

We work with ambitious brands across food and beverage, events, sports, and eCommerce. Some require daily content. Others need full 360 campaigns that run across strategy, creative, media, and performance. That variety is part of the job, and part of what makes it interesting. We value people who communicate clearly, stay organized, and know how to guide work forward without creating noise.

Job summary

Culture Kids is looking for a mid to senior-level Brand Account Manager to take ownership of a suite of client relationships. You will manage three to four clients across different industries, working on both ongoing content scopes and larger marketing campaigns for globally recognized brands.

You are the main point of contact for your clients. You lead communication, translate needs into clear plans, and make sure work flows smoothly between the client and the agency team. On one side, this means managing daily or monthly deliverables such as social media content. On the other, it means guiding full campaigns that involve strategy, creative, performance, and sometimes external partners.

This role sits at the center of the agency. You work closely with creatives, strategists, and performance teams, while keeping a clear overview of scopes, timelines, and budgets. You lead calls and meetings and are expected to manage accounts autonomously, with senior support available when needed. You report to the Head of Account Management and the Managing Director.
