Job Title: SAP Integration PMO / Junior Project Manager (Contract)

Location: Netherlands or Belgium (Hybrid – 1 day onsite/week: Breda, Amsterdam, or Brussels)

Contract Length: 4 months + extension

Start Date: ASAP (Target: 2nd February)

Workload: 32–40 hours per week

Language: English (Mandatory)

Role Overview

RED Global is supporting an SAP customer who is seeking an English-speaking SAP Integration PMO / Junior Project Manager to support an international SAP integration program. This role will act as the right hand to the Project Manager, supporting delivery, governance, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

• PMO / Junior PM support across SAP integration projects
• Project planning, reporting, and administration
• Managing vendor contracts and approval workflows
• Supporting governance and decision-making cycles
• Coordinating stakeholders across technical and business teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Junior–Medior Project Manager or Senior PMO profile
• SAP project experience (minimum 1 full lifecycle)
• Experience with application or system integration projects
• Strong technical affinity
• Experience working with vendors and external partners
• Fluent English (spoken & written)

Nice to Have

• Experience in international or multi-country SAP programs
• Background working in hybrid or onsite environments
