New Opportunity: Performance Support Officer (Cyber Security) | Brussels & Hybrid

Are you a finance-savvy administrative professional with a passion for digital security?

We are looking for a Performance Support Officer to join a leading organization’s Cyber Security "Center of Expertise" in Brussels. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the Strategy & Delivery (S&D) team, ensuring that the bank’s security initiatives are backed by rock-solid financial and administrative management.

✅ Flexibility: 50/50 Hybrid work policy (Brussels Center / Home office).

Your Mission:

• Manage the budget cycle (6x/year), maintain IT Financial Trajectory files, and oversee Opex/Capex/Accruals.
• Lead NRC and subcontracting requests, acting as a key partner for suppliers and contract managers.
• Manage specialized tool accounts (Clarity, Rally) and ensure meticulous monthly time-tracking.
• Act as the strategic right hand for managers and chapter leads.

What we are looking for:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a complex corporate environment.
• You don’t just use Excel; you master it.
• Deep understanding of financial concepts (Opex, Capex, Deferrals).
• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• Accurate, stress-resistant, and capable of juggling multiple projects.
