Shift Schedule: Day shift

Salary: 3136€ – 3917€ per Month + Benefits + Bonus

TXM is recruiting for a leading automation and intralogistics company, seeking to hire a Maintenance Team Lead/Senior Maintenance Technician for their site based in Ollignies, Belgium. This team lead will be responsible for four maintenance technicians performing preventive, reactive, and scheduled maintenance on site machinery. The ideal candidate will have experience working in automated / manufacturing facilities.

• 150% allowance for “special hours” (between 20:00 – 06:000, overtime hours and Saturday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of four Maintenance Technicians
• Maintain and repair advanced installations (60% mechanical, 40% electrical) on site, including storage and picking systems and countless kilometers of conveyors.
• Inventory, identify and solve (technical) problems and optimize equipment.
• Acting as a recognisable first point of contact for the customer.
• Contributing to a positive team climate and ensuring good cooperation.
• Continuous learning and development, both technical and personal, to get the best out of yourself every day and grow into the role that suits you perfectly.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in either electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Experience working with automated systems.
• Authorization to work in Belgium without the requirement for visa sponsorship or work permit support.
• Ability to speak English however French is desirable.
