Location: Antwerp | Contract: Full-time | Start: ASAP


Overview

A leading luxury house is seeking a Store Manager to lead the overall performance of a boutique in Antwerp. This role drives commercial results, elevates the client experience, and builds a high-performing team in a client-first, well-run environment.


Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership & Growth

  • Own the store business plan, translating company priorities into clear weekly/monthly actions.
  • Use performance data and local market insights to identify opportunities, improve conversion, and accelerate growth.
  • Build a strong clienteling culture to drive retention, loyalty, and long-term relationships.
  • Capture and act on client feedback to continuously enhance service standards and satisfaction.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.


Client Experience Excellence

  • Ensure every interaction reflects brand standards, delivering a consistent, personalized, and memorable experience.
  • Champion service rituals and client journey excellence across all touchpoints.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team focused on service, performance, and collaboration.
  • Coach on the floor daily: selling skills, clienteling, product knowledge, and service behaviours.
  • Set clear objectives, lead performance reviews, and support development plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive culture with balanced scheduling and strong team engagement.


Performance, Profitability & Financial Ownership

  • Deliver sales targets and productivity KPIs while protecting margin and profitability.
  • Monitor the store P&L, manage expenses, and ensure budget discipline.
  • Partner with internal teams to optimize assortment, stock flow, and replenishment


Operations & Store Standards

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth execution and strong compliance.
  • Maintain impeccable store standards: organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation.
  • Embed an omnichannel mindset and drive related KPIs to maximize opportunities and client satisfaction across channels.


Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in premium or luxury retail, ideally in a high-traffic flagship environment.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a track record of delivering targets and improving KPIs.
  • Confident people leader with strong coaching, performance management, and talent development skills.
  • Comfortable with analytics, reporting, and action planning.
  • High standards in client experience, service culture, and operational excellence.
