Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – Hotel Sector Benelux 🌍


Location: 3500 Hasselt, Belgium | Hybrid


About Our Client

We are looking for our client, a modern FMCG/hospitality company with operations across Belgium and the Netherlands, for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their team. You will be the main point of contact for hotel partners in the Benelux region, combining relationship management with new business development. The role also includes content management and marketing initiatives for your portfolio, giving you room to shape the business and make an impact.


Your Responsibilities 🎯

  • Build and expand relationships with hotel partners, including chains and independents, across Belgium and the Netherlands
  • Drive new business acquisition, from presentations to negotiations and contract closure
  • Support your accounts both strategically and operationally
  • Expand customer presence into international source markets
  • Maintain content in the internal CMS and plan marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and customer analysis for the region
  • Monitor performance and implement account strategies
  • Document sales activities and maintain data in the CRM system


Your Profile 👤

  • Proven experience in key account management, ideally in hospitality or tourism
  • Strong negotiation skills and a drive for acquiring new clients
  • Experience in hotel procurement or OTA processes is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the leisure hospitality sector
  • Analytical and structured thinker, able to work independently
  • Flexible, proactive, and resilient in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
