Scheduler

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Scheduler to develop and manage efficient, realistic schedules for maintenance and shutdown activities. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring turnaround phases to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for maintenance and turnaround activities.
• Prepare comprehensive plans and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions where necessary.
• Schedule work orders based on priorities and available resources.
• Communicate plans effectively with production teams, contractors, and execution teams.
• Update and finalize work orders in the EAM system.
• Monitor execution progress and adjust schedules as needed.
• Define and track critical paths within the turnaround process.
• Analyze the impact of additional scope on timelines and resources.
• Provide clear reporting, including look-ahead reports and progress curves.
• Continuously improve planning processes and integrate engineering projects.
• Optimize logistics for equipment and safety personnel.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (process technology, electromechanics, electronics, chemistry) or equivalent experience (minimum A2 level).
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience, including 3 years in turnaround planning.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
• Experience with EAM systems.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Safety-focused, proactive, and independent.
• Goal-oriented, reliable, and a team player.
• Spoken and written Dutch
