About EMAsphere

EMAsphere is a fast-growing Belgian B2B SaaS scale-up, specialized in financial reporting and performance management solutions for large enterprises.

Our growth strongly relies on a powerful and diverse partner ecosystem, including advisory firms, system integrators, resellers, data providers and banks.

To further strengthen, structure and scale this ecosystem, we are looking for an Area Partner Manager.


Why this role matters


As an Area Partner Manager, you play a key strategic role in EMAsphere’s growth.

You are responsible for developing, expanding and activating partner relationships that directly contribute to revenue, market presence and long-term success.

You fully own the partner journey end-to-end, from onboarding to growth, with a high level of autonomy and a strong business impact.


Your mission

  • Scale and strengthen existing partner relationships
  • Identify, onboard and grow new strategic partnerships
  • Turn partnerships into sustainable growth engines


What you’ll do


🤝 Build & grow the partner ecosystem

  • Identify, qualify and onboard new strategic partners
  • Build long-term, value-driven relationships with existing partners
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners: enablement, alignment, engagement and follow-up


🚀 Drive Go-To-Market success

  • Define and execute joint Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with partners to generate qualified leads
  • Co-create marketing and lead generation initiatives (webinars, events, workshops, campaigns)
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing and Product Marketing teams


💼 Own business impact

  • For selected partnerships, manage the end-to-end sales cycle with the end customer
  • Monitor partner performance, deal flow, pipeline quality and customer retention
  • Translate partner and market feedback into actionable insights and continuous improvements


🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Services teams to ensure partner success and alignment


Who you are

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field

✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS environment

✔ Proven track record in building, developing and managing strategic partnerships

✔ Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments

✔ Results-driven, autonomous and relationship-oriented

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in Dutch and English
