Who is Brussels Beer Project?
Born in the Summer ’13, Brussels Beer Project is a participatory project highlighting co-creation, innovative thinking, and eco-responsibility. We aim to be the most innovative brewery of Belgium, and we’re bringing a good dose of freshness to the brewing scene!
Today, we’re looking for our new Operations and Sales Coordinator to bring the BBP into the next level!
Brussels Beer Project has entered the most exciting stage of growth moving from a start-up to scale-up with the opening of the new brewery in Anderlecht. Our aim is to be amongst the leading voices of the craft movement in Belgium & beyond.
OPERATIONS AND SALES Coordinator – Brussels-based
We look for someone who wants to be part of the BBP journey. Someone who shares the passion for entrepreneurship, craft beers & willing to be part of a great multicultural team.
We also look for a talent who will be key for BBP to serve our customers. From A to Z. You’ll be the main point of contact with our customers, answering their questions, taking orders and making sure they are delivered as planned. On top of this, you will be the main responsible for our logistic operations, coordinating transfers between our different sites, optimizing stock levels and ensuring efficient truck loads.
At BBP, you can expect to have a wide range of responsibilities, be a key contact both internally and externally and solve new challenges every day.

Here is your challenge:
· Make sure that the orders of our customers are delivered on-time and work closely with our logistics partner
· Keep a close eye on the stock to make sure we deliver the freshest beers possible
· Ensure that the whole order process goes as smooth as possible, from order to cash
· You’ll be in contact with customers from all over Europe ; you want them to get the best BBP experience possible
· You are also responsible for most of the internal logistics at BBP, taking care of transfers between our different sites to ensure beer and packaging availability in our shop, taproom, copacker, eshop, etc.
· You’ll be site manager of our HQ in Dansaert, making sure that the building remains nice and welcoming

· Doing things right as of the first time
· Smooth handler of Excel, ERP & other tools
· Fluency in 3 languages is a big plus (EN+FR+EN). Good level of English and French as a minimum
