Our client is an innovative technology organization operating in an international context, focused on developing high-quality software solutions for complex environments. You will be part of a forward-thinking technology company with a strong focus on innovation and quality. About the Role We are seeking a motivated Test Engineer to join our R&D testing department. In this position, you will work closely with hardware and software development teams, the service department (customer support, training, etc.), and product management. As a member of our agile Test Team, you will help verify and qualify the XTran system, ensuring high-quality standards in collaboration with project management, development teams, and service colleagues. Key Responsibilities Act as the voice of the customer within the team, aligning testing with real-world use cases. Design and execute test scenarios to validate new products and features. Support and enhance continuous delivery processes. Expand and maintain automated test coverage. Your Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Solid technical understanding of network systems and solutions. Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, and SSH. Strong verbal and written English skills; Dutch is a plus. Comfortable working in an agile, international team environment Preferred Skills & Qualifications Hands-on experience troubleshooting IP networks, including connectivity and traffic analysis. Familiarity with Wireshark or similar network analysis tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to document test cases, defects, and QA procedures clearly. Experience in agile development. Basic Python skills for scripting or automation are a plus. CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus, not required.
