Senior Penetration Testers (NATO Secret Cleared)

Belgium – Hybrid (Mons)

We are pursuing an opportunity within a NATO environment and are seeking Senior Penetration Testers, including a Lead Tester, to support grey-box penetration testing activities.

Active NATO SECRET clearance is mandatory (no sponsorship).

Working Model

• Lead Tester: On-site in Mons, Belgium once per week
• Senior Testers: Primarily remote with on-site travel as required
• Hours: Mon–Fri, 08:30–17:30 CET (excluding NATO holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in test scoping and planning with NATO stakeholders
• Conduct grey-box penetration testing using NATO-approved tools
• Perform all testing on NATO-furnished REACH laptops
• Work in line with NATO Rules of Engagement and security policies
• Produce clear technical findings and support reporting/debriefs

Required Experience

• Senior-level penetration testing / ethical hacking experience
• Strong grey-box testing background
• Experience in high-security or government environments
• Excellent technical reporting and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have

• NATO or defence-sector experience
• Lead Tester or team coordination experience
